Boat Slips

One of the most unique features of Shorewood Shores is our exclusive water access and boat slips. Each of our nine homes includes a dedicated, private boat slip on a 270-foot pier* and accompanying 50-foot floating dock*. The floating dock is by Sullivan Flotation Systems. The slips will accommodate vessels up to 40 feet in length and the mean water level (MWL) is four feet, providing safe harbor for your home away from home.

Each slip includes dedicated power and fresh water supplies and a boat gear box for storing items off the boat, but nearby. The floating dock is anchored and designed to withstand high winds and wave action. Access to the dock and slips is private, limited to homeowners and their guests.

Slips choices are available on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of the home site selected. You can view our property map to see which sites and slips are still available.
